Dispute Resolution Options
For any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service:
Option 1 - Negotiation:
We will attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation first.
Option 2 - Mediation (Optional):
If negotiation fails, either party may propose non-binding mediation through a mutually agreed mediator.
Option 3 - Litigation:
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
